After teaching for a semester, he left UW to take up a Postdoctoral Fellowship with Dr. Paul Van Oorschot as a member of Carleton University's Digital Security Group (July 2005). His current research topics include technical solutions for mitigating identity theft as well as methods for determining the geographic location of internet users.
