Ken Anderson Assistant Commissioner (Privacy) and Director of Legal Corporate & Technical Services for the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario Stream 2 - constitutional and legal aspects of anonymity e-mail: ken.anderson(at)ipc.on.ca Biography Ken Anderson is Assistant Commissioner (Privacy), as well as Director of Legal, Corporate & Technical Services for the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario.
Ken is a frequent speaker on access & privacy issues, and he teaches privacy law at the University of Ottawa. Previously, Ken led the administrative tribunal division both as Director of Appeals and as Assistant Commissioner (Access).
Prior to joining the IPC, Ken was Commissioner of Legal Services for Halton Regional Municipality, and later for the Regional Municipality of Hamilton-Wentworth. He began his career with a litigation law firm in Ottawa, and later focused on administrative and public law.
Ken received his law degree from the University of Western Ontario, as well as a degree in business administration from the Ivey school at the University of Western Ontario. Read our interview with Ken Anderson
