Cynthia is a third year student in the English Common Law program at the University of Ottawa.   Prior to arriving in the nation's capital for law school, Cynthia obtained her Honours B.Sc in human biology (with a minor in psychology) and a M.Sc in neuroscience.  Her Masters thesis examined the neural mechanisms of sleep and breathing.   Cynthia is particularly interested in the legal ethics and privacy issues associated with brain scanning applications.
