Registration on or before September 14, 2007
C$200.00 ($188.68 + GST)

After that date:
C$275.00 ($259.44 + GST)

STUDENTS & PROFESSORS:
C$50.00 ($47.17 + GST)

Fees include breakfast, coffee breaks in the morning and in the afternoon, and lunches. Please note that the conference program is subject to change at any time prior to the event.

Full payment of the registration fees must be included with the registration form, either by cheque to the order of University of Ottawa or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) and received no later than Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at 17h00. Any cancellation after that date will not be refunded. Any cancellation before that date will be refunded less a C$25.00 administrative fee. A duly registered corporate member can be replaced if we are advised in advanced; any other person can do so upon payment of a C$25.00 substitution fee.
