Jonathan Laski
LL.B Candidate, Faculty of Law, University of Ottawa

Jonathan has recently completed his first year in the English Common Law Program at the University of Ottawa.  Prior to launching his legal studies he completed an Honours Scholars' Elective B.A in the Media, Information, & Technoculture program at the University of Western Ontario.  In 2005-2006 he undertook market research and advocacy-related work for community federations based out of Toronto.

Jonathan's legal interest is varied and blends across the nexus of law, society, technology, and activism/advocacy focused on the individual.  He is currently conducting research on the 'new' digital divide and online surveillance and discriminatory practices.
