Marina Pavlovic
LL.D. Candidate, Faculty of Law, University of Ottawa

Marina Pavlovic is an Part-time Professor of Law in the Faculty of Graduate and Postgraduate Studies at the University of Ottawa, where she teaches a course on Regulation of Internet Commerce. Marina is a former Gowling LaFleur Henderson Fellow in Technology Law, a 2003 recipient of a scholarship from Harvard University’s Berkman Center for Internet and Society. She holds an LL.M. with a Concentration in Technology Law from the University of Ottawa and an LL.B. from the University of Belgrade (Serbia & Montenegro). She is currently completing her LL.D (Doctorate in Law) at the Faculty of Law, University of Ottawa, where she is a recipient of the University of Ottawa Admission Scholarship.


Marina's other areas of interest include intellectual property law reform and e-commerce regulation.
